April Was Great

April was a great and busy month.
The first weekend began with watching a local horse show.

I mostly watched hunters. Pony and horse sized. It was a beautiful day!

The following week I got to work at YAPA, a local book festival filled with authors and panels. Self control came and I limited the number of books I bought. Buying books and being able to have them personalized by the author? What's not to love?
At YAPA, I also got to moderate my first ever panel. It was about fan fiction.
The next day I was inducted into The National Society of Leadership and Success.
The next exciting thing to do was showing at the Berks County 4-H model horse show. It was my first time showing my new model, Red Queen, a customized and painted model by Sue Kern. She started as a Lady Phase with a new neck, mane, and tail. Her head was swapped and a Blue Grass Bandit one was added.
The following weekend Lizzie, Niki, and I went on a road trip to Massachusetts for the Quabbin Valley Performance show. It was my first region 10 show and definitely not my last!
April was busy, and I can't wait to see what happens in May. It's already off to a good start with my spring semester coming to an end!
