Frank-A-Storm is done! All that is needed is a couple good coats of matte finish spray. He also needs his eyes, nose, and hooves glossed. He is also a paint horse now, since looking up Quarter horses, Frank-A-Storm's pattern would be unregistered. The good pony is now going to be a paint horse.
